we welcome you warmly to our Agriturismo Tenuta Zuccarello and wish you a pleasant stay.
The following information will help you to make the best use of the services that our Agriturismo offers.
STAFF
We are at your disposal for any problem which might arise during your stay, for any enquires about the Agriturismo’s services and to provide tourist information regarding the surroundings, events and exibitions, restaurants, shops and local curiosities.
We welcome your suggestions for improving our guests’ enjoyment of their stay.
CHECK IN
From 2.30 p.m. until 7 p.m.
If you expect to arrive at a different time, please inform us in advance.
We require a personal identity document.
CHECK OUT
We ask you to check out not later than 10.30 a.m.
If you need to depart later, we ask you to let us know in advance to allow us to make appropriate arrangements.
We accept payment with bank card or credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations which are cancelled will incur the following penalty payments:
up to 15 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be charged
from 14 days up to 5 days before the arrival date, a penalty of 50 per cent of the entire reserved stay will be charged (equal to the confirmatory deposit paid);
from 4 days before the arrival date, a penalty of 100 per cent of the entire reserved stay will be charged;
in case of advanced departure, a penalty of 100 per cent of the entire reserved stay will be charged.
THE TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data and any other information which has been disclosed in our transactions will be treated confidentially. We shall apply thoroughly the regulations which protect personal, sensitive and judicial data, whether held on paper or electronically. In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 196/03, we inform the Client that personal data will be used only for the purposes related to our contractual relationship, including book-keeping and administration.
MAIN SERVICES
APARTMENTS
Apartments are furnished with a well-equipped kitchen.
Bathrooms are equipped with toiletries and hair-dryer.
The building is surrounded by a spacious garden in which each apartment has a designated space, equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.
In a separate building, there is a free launderette at our guests’ disposal.
INTERNET
It’s possible to connect with the Internet. Wi-Fi is free of charge and available in every part of the Agriturismo.
KEYS
For your security, keys and the entrance-gate remote control can’t be replicated; in case of loss, the cost of replacement will be charged to you.
The management is not responsible for theft or loss of objects that have been left unguarded inside the building.
PARKING
Parking is not supervued; there are no particular risks but we suggest, in any case, that you lock your cars.
FOR EVERYBODY’S COMFORT
We invite you to show consideration for other guests in their enjoyment of the property’s tranquillity.
Please treat the apartments, equipments and furniture with care.
It’s strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartments and in the entrance hall.
It’s forbidden to use extra heaters and naked flames indoors.
Please be respectful of the environment and minimize waste.
